2-  Water                                160 g

3-  Sugar                                55 g

4-  Peach flesh                       140 g

5- Lemon juice                      1/2 of lemon

6-  Biscuits (cracker)            70 to 80 g ( crush them to use for base)

7-  Melted butter                  30 g

8-  Gelatin                            8 g

9-  Cream cheese                 150 g 

10- Plane yogurt                  160 g

11- Heavy cream                 160 g

12- Mousse
